How do I care for my jewelry?
Stainless steel jewelry is both elegant and durable. To preserve its shine, we recommend that you follow a few simple maintenance steps:
- Clean regularly with a soft cloth and a little warm, soapy water.
- Avoid chemicals such as perfumes, detergents or chlorine.
- Store them separately in a jewelry box to avoid scratches.
- Remove them before swimming in the sea or pool.

Your Orders
How do I track my package?
You can easily track the progress of your order in a few simple steps:
- Shipping Confirmation Email : Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Access to online tracking : Click on the link in this email or go directly to our carrier's website, then enter your tracking number to find out the delivery status of your package.
- Customer Account : If you have an account with us, log in to access the history and status of all your orders via the "My Orders" section.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, we invite you to act quickly. Here are the steps to follow:
- Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, contact our customer service as soon as possible at the following address: milenaparis.sav@gmail.com specifying your order number. - Order modification
If you wish to modify your order (change of product, delivery address, etc.), we also advise you to contact us promptly before shipping. Once the order has been sent, no changes will be possible. - Order already shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify it. You will then have to wait for its reception and follow our return or exchange procedure.
How do I return or exchange my products?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
Return conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. - Return procedure
- Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective product or incorrect order). - Processing time
Returns and exchanges may take up to 7 business days to process after receipt of the returned product.
How do I resolve a problem with my order?

- Order not received
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, please check the status of your package using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us at milenaparis.sav@gmail.com with: - Error in the order
